It’s time for me to get back to work!
With the uncertainty that still exists around, “what’s next”, COVID, flu season, war, threats, politics, and how we work, leaders are looking, more and more, to coaches for a dependable, reliable, impartial, skill enhancing, confidential relationship that can form part of their personal Board of Directors.
I’m focusing this year on single or small groups of leaders at medium sized companies and their teams.
I’m working with a number of Partners who have capabilities to handle larger groups, teams, and companies! Together, we’re having some awesome impact on leaders, their teams and their combined performance!
What we all know and are all focusing on are the specific things leaders need today:
The essentials of leading in today’s world
Skills and tools for the leader around direct, feedback and coaching conversations
Building trust in a low trust world and the relationship capital required to lead
The deep awareness of yourself required to continue to learn while you lead
The equally important awareness required within teams of who each other is
The importance of each others’ ideas and the ability to discuss them deeply
A context in which each of your direct reports feels included, are able to learn, contribute and challenge with the aim of doing and being better
There are a lot of leaders we are all counting on to lead by example, do the right thing at the right time in the right way.
And that’s why I need to get back to work and help to build stronger leaders and better teams!
